The drum scraper dryer is a kind of rotating continuous drying equipment with internal heating and heat conduction. A certain thickness of material film adheres to the rotary drum from the material liquid vessel under the drum. Heat is transferred to the inner wall of the cylinder through pipes, then to the outer wall, and further to the material film, so as to evaporate the moisture in the material film and dry the wet materials. The dried products are then scraped off by the blade installed on the surface of the cylinder, fall into the spiral conveyor under the blade, and are conveyed, collected and packaged. It is suitable for drying liquid and viscous materials in industries such as chemical pigments, pharmaceuticals, foodstuffs, and metallurgy.
