The tray continuous dryer is an efficient conductive continuous drying device. Its unique structure and working principle give it the characteristics of high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, small occupied area, simple configuration, convenient operation and control, and a good operating environment. Currently, we manufacture three types: atmospheric pressure, airtight, and vacuum, with five specifications: $\boldsymbol {\phi}$ 1200, $\boldsymbol {\phi}$ 1500, $\boldsymbol {\phi}$ 200, $\boldsymbol {\phi}$ 2500, and $\boldsymbol {\phi}$ 3000. For A (carbon steel) and B (cylinder materials are all 304 stainless steel) types, the steam pipeline, spindle, and support are made of 304 stainless steel, and the cylinder and top cover are all lined. On the basis of B, there are more than 307 types of series products, and various auxiliary equipment can be provided to meet users' needs for drying different materials.
